Goal
GoalMapping
New student folders scanning started Fall 2016 using BDMs by the Registrar's office. The 2017 goal is to automate the process completely scanning the documents at the time of Admission – eliminating the hard-copy student folders.

The Transfer Credit Equivalency Database has moved from test to production. It is available on self-service for viewing. This tool will help facilitate the transfer evaluations. The next step will be to allow visiting students access – which will add value as a recruiting tool.

We started the ground work of preparing etranscripts. In cooperation with the National Student Clearinghouse we hope to provide this service to the community.. This service will dramatically cut the wait time for students when requesting transcripts, providing students with the opportunity to send their transcripts electronically 24/7.

As the College’s data custodians, we also serve as facilitators who manage the electronic course evaluations, transfer credit evaluation database and assist in training for new systems such as 25Live. Our office continues to develop our skills as well as hosting info sessions for the community.

We are fostering a more interactive dialogue between the students, schools and the Registrar’s office regarding each student’s eligibility for degree – which should result in a more accurate and timely academic progress review.

Our office has invested in additional training in team members on VEERA and Degree Works scribing which will enable our team to provide data in a more efficient manner

Currently the college has a total of 58 Wiley students, we will continue to monitor the academic progress as well as the class size for the online programs.

Our office will focus on supporting the College's Lasallian mission by hosting at least one charitable event per semester.
