Goal

Create a new online campus tour to replace the existing, outdated version. The new tour will capitalize on emerging 360 camera technologies to create a state of the art virtual campus tour experience. The campus tour can also be used to support events such as orientation, family weekend, reunion weekend and summer conferences that have a large number of visitors who are new to campus (or not regularly on campus).

Implement a reporting system to set up dashboards to easily view and interpret website analytics data. Additionally, contract with a digital marketing firm on an on-going basis to create quarterly reports that analyze our website analytics data and make recommendations based on the findings.

Perform a post-launch usability study where in prospective students and families would provide feedback on manhattan.edu and current students and employees would provide feedback on inside.manhattan.edu. This usability study will expose things on the website that are confusing to users or not achieving intended goals. Changes to correct these things on the website would then be implemented.

Establish a defined working relationship between the offices of Admissions and Marketing & Communication to collaborate on the production of all marketing emails that are sent out to prospective students during the admissions cycle.
